- What is the Microfiber?
It's a lightweight, breathable and naturally water-repellent fabric that's tightly woven from very fine polysester or nylon thread. - What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?

These shoes are very nice, but I had to return them. They were too narrow for me across the top (widest part of foot). I don't have a narrow foot, but never take a wide width either (too wide for my foot). So I am not sure what to advise about the sizing. They did run true to length, however. If yu have a narrow foot, you might want to try these nice dress shoes
